Tools for Wise Leadership” is a weekly 15-minute audio program for leaders in Africa. The program’s objective is to teach biblical principles of leadership and to raise up leaders. The program provides management developmental teaching for Christian professionals and leaders. The content of the programs equips those in leadership with leadership skills based on biblical stories and characters.
Rev Dr Roy Musasiwa considers his personal calling to be that of developing leaders of integrity. At Domboshawa Theological College he teaches on transformational leadership and various theological subjects which he sees as the most critical need in Africa.
Dr Musasiwa’s personal mission in life is raising leaders of integrity who are transformational agents in various churches, businesses, communities and the nation of Zimbabwe and beyond. Apart from doing this through Domboshawa Theological College he has also been a radio producer and presenter of a programme called Tools for Wise Leadership at Transworld Radio. He is also a conference speaker and a mentor of other leaders.
