Abundant Life is a 15‑minute weekly Christian teaching programme based on SEAN (Study by Extension for All Nations) International. Also known as ‘Life to the Full’, it offers a self‑study format that learners can complete at home, with support from a trained church counsellor who follows the SEAN manual. The course is ideal for discipling new believers or reinforcing fundamentals with more mature followers, and it has benefited tens of thousands of students across denominations worldwide. It has been translated into over 70 languages.
