Frank Retief

Frank and Beulah started St James church in Kenilworth Cape Town in 1968. In the early years the Church experienced a wonderful visitation of God’s presence, and blessing. About 20 years later an event called the St James massacre took place. Both events resulted in an explosion of evangelism and under God the church grew exceptionally. Frank and Beulah retired from St James in 1999/2000 to take the job of Presiding Bishop. They retired in 2010 and ran a large Bible study in their home in Bergvliet in Cape Town until retiring in Hermanus in the Western Cape where they remain active in ministry of various kinds.
